The pantry has a washer/dryer with shelving. There is a full basement which is cool in summer and warm in winter due to the location of the ductwork. A door with stairs leads to the basement from the kitchen. Double steel doors lead from basement to outside. Walls and floor are painted and sealed. There are 10 220 volt and 10 110 volt outlets throughout the basement. There is a wrap around porch with a screened front, and the side is glassed with mirrored bronze glass, and the back is open with wrought ironwork made and installed by owner/builder. The sunroom is parquet flooring with double french doors. There is a masonry grill/oven with a copper hood and flue in the sunroom. The porch foundation is masonry-lattice brickwork. The office/shop building is apprx. 4000 sq ft, concrete block with the outside trimmed in redwood.
